whatQGA will be hosting three Silent  Getaways for families with deaf and hard of hearing youth during the 2007-2008 year.

Silent Getaways are a great way to take a short trip to enhance your signing skills, learn new signs and immerse yourself in a completely voiceless environment—all while  having a great time! Families can choose to stay over night or join us for one day.

Getaways include:

  • Fun Workshops for various levels of signers
  • Silent family activities & games
  • Silent competitions
  • Fun prizes and Awards
